The Calligraphy series relies solely on chance. I pick up few twigs and throw it on a board. The results are unpredictable- sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.  In the end what I am left with is a series of abstract line drawings that resemble a character or a sign.   It becomes a language that is unreadable yet visual.  -yk
